Platform for Transaction & Communication
The Site [PuraKart.com] (the “Site”) serves as an online platform that facilitates Users to meet, interact, and conduct transactions with one another. PuraKart is not and cannot be a party to or have any control over any transaction entered into between the Users of the Site.
PuraKart provides the platform through which buyers and sellers interact, and all commercial and contractual terms are independently offered and agreed upon by the Buyers and Sellers. These include, but are not limited to, the price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery period and mode, warranties, after-sales services, replacements, returns, and refunds concerning products and services. PuraKart does not control, determine, or advise on any of these commercial or contractual terms between Buyers and Sellers. All discounts, offers (including exchange offers) are provided solely by the Seller or Brand, not by PuraKart.
The placement of an order by a Buyer on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) from the Seller. This should not be construed as the Seller's acceptance of the Buyer's offer. The Seller retains the right to cancel any such order at its sole discretion, with the Buyer being notified via email or SMS. In case of such cancellation by the Seller, any transaction price paid by the Buyer shall be refunded. Additionally, the Seller may cancel an order if the quantities exceed typical individual consumption limits. This applies both to the number of products ordered in a single transaction and to multiple orders for the same product where the cumulative quantity exceeds typical individual consumption limits. The determination of what constitutes a typical individual's consumption limit will be at the Seller's sole discretion and may vary from case to case.
PuraKart is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers. PuraKart does not and cannot guarantee that any transaction between Buyers and Sellers will be concluded and shall not intervene in disputes or disagreements between Users. PuraKart will not mediate or resolve disputes between Users by any means.
PuraKart assumes no liability for any monetary loss or other damages suffered by the Customer due to delays or failures in delivery, interruptions, or corruption of data or other information transmitted in connection with the use or operation of the platform. PuraKart shall have no obligations or liabilities regarding any contract entered into by the Users and shall not be responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays resulting from products that are out of stock, unavailable, or back-ordered.
