Purakart Shipping Policy
What is the cost of shipping?
At Purakart, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers, which includes transparent and straightforward shipping costs. Our shipping charges are broken down into the following components:
1. Packaging & Delivery Fee:
Orders up to ₹499:
A delivery fee of ₹70 will be charged.
Orders from ₹500 to ₹999:
A delivery fee of ₹20 will be charged.
Orders of ₹1000 and above:
Free delivery on all orders above ₹1000.
2. Additional Fee:
For customers with a higher frequency of returns, an additional fee may be applied. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with logistics and customer support. This additional charge may be waived if the rate of returns per order decreases.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
The estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders can be found on the product page. Typically:
Domestic Orders:
5-7 days from the time the order is placed.
International Orders:
7-10 days from the time the order is placed.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you can track its status in the "My Orders" section on Purakart. Tracking information will be available 24 hours after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or the vendor's location.
