Order Cancellation Rights:
- Please note you aren’teligible to cancel Your Order after purchase. Though with any damage or problem in the order delivered can be requested for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- The deadline for refund, replacement, or exchanging of an Order is 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Goods once purchased cannot be cancelled in any state or condition. But can be subjected to an exchange.
- In order to exercise Your any given exceptional right of cancellation, Youare entitled to inform Us about your decision by means of a clear-cut statement.
Conditions For Returns/Exchange:
In order for the/any Good(s) purchased from Our website to be eligible for a return, please make sure the following:
- The Goods were purchased in/before the last 14 days
- The Goods/item purchased are still in the original packaging
- Package should have appropriate price tags and labels (torn and damaged won’t be accepted)
The Following Goods Cannot Be Returned:
- The supply of Good(s) made to Your specifications or clearly subjectively personalized.
- Any supply of Good(s) which according to their nature are not suitable for a return facility, deteriorate rapidly or even where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Good(s)that are not suitable for return because of health protection factors or other hygiene reasons and also if noticed unsealed after delivery.
- Supply of Good(s) which are, after the delivery, according to their nature or form, inseparably mixed with other goods/items.
- We, at Purakart,absolutely reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods/merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions or other exceptional conditionsat our sole discretion.
- The only regular priced sector of Good(s) may be refunded. Unfortunately, Good(s) on sale cannot be refunded in any circumstance. This particular exclusion may not be applicable to You if it is not permitted by the applicable law.
Returning Goods:
- You are the only person responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the addressgiven on our contact page.
- At no circumstance can the team of Purakartbe held responsible for Good(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We the team of Purakart recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We,the team of Purakart cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Good(s) or proof of the received return delivery.
Gifts:
- If the Good(s)are/were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive the gift credit for the value of your return concerned. Once the returned product is duly received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
- If and only if the Goods aren't/weren’tremarked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order directly shipped to themselves to pass on it to You later, We will be sending the refund to the gift giver.
