Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the return policy on Purakart?
At Purakart, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Most of our products are eligible for return and replacement for domestic orders, except for items that are made to order, which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for each product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your product is eligible for return/replacement, you can raise a request within 7 days of delivery through the "My Order" section in the Web. To be eligible for a return or replacement, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging.
How are returns processed?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for a pick-up of the item. Our courier partners will collect the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once the pick-up is complete, we will initiate your refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it through the "My Order" section. You can also write to us at support@purakart.com or call our customer care number at +91-9310235252 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM).
Purakart reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation from the customer. We may verify any order before shipping by obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the bank account, credit/debit card, or payment method used at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank details or a UPI ID to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We aim to process refunds within 3 business days in the case of order cancellations. For returns, the refund will be processed once the product has been picked up by our courier partner.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. However, some items may not be returnable or exchangeable, as indicated on the product page.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit, you can request a size exchange through the "My Order" section or by contacting our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations may be available for orders placed within India. Our team will do its best to assist with size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option to return the product.
